You can easily print your billing receipts of your account from your computer. Please note that if you are on a corporate account, you will need to ask your billing administrator to access these receipts and invoices for you.
Note: If you are the billing contact of an offline account then you will need to contact a Citrix representative for help accessing your invoices. Please see Why can't I change my plan, cancel my account, or update my billing info online? for more information.
1. Log in to your account at https://global.gotowebinar.com.
2. Select My Account in the top navigation bar.
3. Under Recent Billing Activity, select the date of the receipt you wish to print. You may also click View All Activity for older dates.
4. After selecting a date of the receipt, select Print Receipt under the desired date.
5. A new window will open with printing preferences.
