When you use your telephone to connect to the audio conference for a session, you are able to manage your audio using keypad commands. However, it can be much easier to do so using the Control Panel. In addition, other participants will be able to see when you are speaking (otherwise, you will be listed as an "unregistered caller").
To use these benefits, you can register your phone call with the session using your unique Audio PIN by typing it on your keypad. To learn your Audio PIN, check the Audio section of the Control Panel (in the desktop app) or the Settings > Audio tab in the toolbar (for the Web App).
Note: If you are using a mobile app to join to the session and are connecting via Phone Call, you do not need to use an Audio PIN. Your phone call will automatically be registered with the session.
