Administrators can resend activation emails to existing organizers to encourage them to use their OpenVoice account by following the steps below.
1. Log in to the Admin Center.
2. Select Manage Users from the left navigation.
3. On the Manage Users page, click Reinviteunder the Status column.
4. On the Resend Welcome Email dialog box, select the kind of email you want to send and click Resend Email.
1. Click on the name of the organizer. You will be directed to the User Details page
2. On the User Details page, click Resend Welcome Email under the Product Usage section.
3. In the Resend OpenVoice Welcome Email dialog box, click Resend Email.
