No. Currently,OpenVoice only supports Microsoft Outlook. If you have another email platform support request, please contact our Global Customer Support team with your feature request.
No. Currently, we do not synchronize meetings scheduled using the Outlook calendar with those created via the web scheduler on the OpenVoice website.
Yes. To schedule a conference call using a difference email provider's calendar, you can simply create a standard meeting invite and provide your participants with the dial-in numbers (based on the countries they are calling you from) and you Conference Room ID.
Alternatively, you can create a custom email signature that lists your OpenVoice dial-in number(s) and Conference Room ID. Use this signature when creating your calendar invites.
