InRoom Link for video conference system support is turned On by default for GoToMeeting Plus and 100. This means that any meeting scheduled by any organizer will create conference room join instructions for the meeting invitation, and compatible video conference room systems can join as an attendee.
GoTo Admin Center video conferencing rooms & systems option
1. In the GoTo Admin Center, open Admin Settings.
2. Under GoToMeeting, choose Edit in Video conferencing rooms & systems.
3. In the pop-up, choose Enabled to allow the feature to be used by your organizers. Set it to Disabled to shut it down for your entire account.
With the feature enabled, your video conferencing system can be added as an attendee for any GoToMeeting session.
