Occasionally you might see the same individual appear twice on your attendee list. There are a few scenarios that could case this, as described below.
Sometimes if a participant is having network issues, they might remain on the attendee list but appear as "offline" while GoToMeeting tries to reconnect them. Occasionally when they do reconnect, they will appear as a new attendee while the original entry continues to appear as "offline".
Sometimes participants might actually join the same meeting from multiple devices (for example, if they need to move away from their desk for part of the meeting they may also join on a mobile device). In this case, you will see entries from both devices.
