What is the Web Viewer?

Our browser-based Web App is a no-download meeting experience that allows you to host and join sessions from directly within your web browser. However, it is only available on Google Chrome.

The Web Viewer is an older, Adobe Flash-based version of the Web App (which is HTML5 based) that does not support as many features as the Web App. If you join a meeting from a Windows or Mac computer that is incompatible with the desktop app while running a web browser other than Google Chrome, you will be launched into session using the Web Viewer instead of the Web App.

This means you will not have access to the following features:
