Why can't I switch from the Web App to the desktop app?

If you do not see the option to switch to the desktop app (or the download is not working), then you are most likely running an operating system that is not compatible with the desktop app.

Don't worry though, that's what the Web App is for – to ensure that all attendees can get into session, regardless of their operating system!
