View Conference Call Information (Moderator)

As a moderator, you can view conference-call information for specific conference calls.

1. Access the minute usage for all conference calls (see View Minute Usage).

2. Click a conference-call date to see a popup displaying the Date, HiDef Reference Number, Number of Callers, Calling Party, Call Type, Start Time, Total Minutes, and the Lobby used for the call.

3. You can download a report of the conference-call information by clicking the XLS export option ( ) and clicking Save.
