Forgot Your Password

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it with a few easy steps!

1. Go to www.gotowebinar.com and click the Forgot your password? link above the Log In button.

Note: If you do not see the Secure Login screen, click the Log In link on the top left of the screen.

2. Enter your email address that was used to create your account and click Continue.

3. Once you receive the Forgot Your Password email, click the link to create a new password.

4. Click Save.

• If you haven’t received an email to create a new account password:

Check your spam or junk mail folder. The password reset email may have been flagged as spam. If you still don't have the email, contact Global Customer Support for assistance.
