If enabled by a company administrator, organizers on corporate plans can allow content sharing and can invite a co-organizer on their account prior to hosting a training session.
1. Log in to your account your account as an administrator.
2. Select GoToTraining Settings on the Administration Center's home page.
3.Select the Content Sharing tab, and click Enabled to allow content sharing and to allow organizers to invite co-organizers within the account to manage their training sessions. Or, click Disabled so that content sharing is not allowed, and organizers cannot become co-organizers of each other's training sessions.
4. Click Save Changes.
