GoToTraining Plans: Corporate and Individual

GoToMeeting Corporate organizers are invited by their company administrator, and the company administrator must enable GoToTraining. Individual GoToTraining organizers sign up for an account with a credit card online.

On corporate plans, some features must be enabled by a company administrator.

Becoming an Organizer  
Before you can host training sessions, you must be invited by your company administrator to be an organizer. Then you must create your organizer account. See Account Plans: Corporate and Individual.You are automatically an organizer, but you must create your GoToTraining account before being able to schedule and start training sessions. See Account Plans: Corporate and Individual.

Inviting Co-Organizers

This feature must be enabled by your company administrator. You are able to select one or more organizers from a list of organizers on your corporate plan. A scheduled co-organizer for a training session can modify the training session and see the training session listed on the My Trainings page.You must invite someone as an attendee and then promote him/her to co-organizer after you start the training session. See Co-Organizers.

Integrated Toll-Free Audio

This feature must be enabled by your company administrator. It allows you to offer your attendees any combination of VoIP, long distance (toll) and toll-free audio. See Integrated Toll-Free Audio.Integrated Toll-Free audio is available only on the GoToTraining Corporate plan.

Content Sharing

Content Sharing must be enabled by your company administrator. See Content Sharing.Content Sharing is not available on individual plans since there is only 1 person on the account.

Library

Organizers within an account can optionally share the library with other organizers if Content Sharing has been enabled. See Library.Organizers can access only the Library created for their own training sessions. As the only person on the account, sharing is not applicable.

Logo

The Logo feature is accessible only to your company administrator. The logo is shared by all organizers on the account. See Logo.Organizers can add a logo to their training sessions, which appears on all web pages seen by registrants and attendees.

Storage Space

Each organizer has up to 2GB of storage space for uploaded files and recordings. If Content Sharing is enabled, the storage space is pooled. Thus, if there are 5 organizers, the account has a total of 10GB of storage which can be shared across the account. Your company account manager may purchase additional space.Each account has up to 2GB of storage space for uploaded files and recordings.
