Network authentication is a security process required when a computer on a network tries to connect to the server in order to use its resources. If the user's identity has been stored by the server, entering a valid username and password completes the connection. However, if there is a mismatch, you are required to establish your network identification.
Because this is a network issue and not associated with the GoToMyPC software, you should contact your network administrator for assistance. However, an Authentication Required dialog often only requires you to enter your domain name, so try the following procedures to set up a connection.
