To locate GoToMyPC files on a 32-bit version of Windows
Note: Most versions of Windows are 32-bit, including newer models like Windows 7 and Vista. If you cannot locate the files using these steps, please follow the steps for a 64-bit version of Windows below.
1. Open your firewall and locate the permission settings feature.
2. Navigate to the GoToMyPC files.
a. Open My Computer.
b. Double-click (C): Local Disk.

c. Double-click Program Files.

d. Double-click Citrix.

e. Double-click GoToMyPC.

These are the required files for GoToMyPC.
3. Set permissions to accept all the GoToMyPC components in your firewall's settings.
To locate GoToMyPC files on a 64-bit version of Windows
Note: If you cannot locate your files using this path, you may have a 32-bit version of Vista or Windows 7. In that case, please refer to the directions above.
1. Open your firewall and locate the permission settings feature.
2. Navigate to the GoToMyPC files.
a. From the Windows Start menu, click Computer.
b. Double-click (C): Local Disk.
c. Double-click Program Files (x86).
d. Double-click Citrix.
e. Double-click GoToMyPC.
