In Session Status
If one of your computers is labeled as "In Session" on the My Computers page, one of these conditions may be the reason:
- You have not reloaded the My Computers page since
you last connected to your host Mac or PC. Click the browser refresh.
- The host computer has not yet sent notification to the
Citrix servers that it is no longer in session. Wait a few minutes
and reload the My Computers page.
- You are on a GoToMyPC Corporate account with Shared
Access enabled and the PC is currently being accessed by another user. If
you click the Connect button, you will disconnect the other user. If you have any questions about shared access to your
PC, please contact your administrator.
