Update Your Credit Card and Other Billing Information
(GoToMyPC and GoToMyPC Pro)

If you are a GoToMyPC or GoToMyPC Pro user, you can update your credit card and billing information at anytime.

Note: GoToMyPC Corporate customers should contact their account manager for account and billing questions.

To view or modify your GoToMyPC account

1. Log in to your account at www.GoToMyPC.com.

2. In the left-navigation menu, select My Account and then, Billing Info.

From the Billing Information page you can do the following:

  • Update your credit card information (a)
  • Change your billing address (b)
  • Expense your account (c)
  • Renew or cancel your account (d)

3. Click Save Changes when you have finished.

Credit Card Information

Verify that your credit card information is current or updated as needed. Click Save Changes when finished.

Note: Online credit card payments are processed on our secure server using a VeriSign SSL Certificate. This means GoToMyPC has been authenticated by the strictest industry standard, and your transaction with us is encrypted.

Billing Address

Make changes to billing address, as needed, and click Save Changes when finished.

Expense GoToMyPC

If you plan to expense your GoToMyPC service, select the option to include additional business information.

Subscription Options

Decide what will happen with your GoToMyPC account after the current plan expires. If you choose to disable automatic renewal, your service will continue until the end of your current paid subscription period. At that time, your plan will be discontinued and will not renew again.

 To renew or cancel GoToMyPC after the current plan expires

  1. Log in to your account at www.GoToMyPC.com.
  2. In the left-navigation menu, select My Account and then, Billing Info.
  3. From the Subscriptions Options section, select your desired option.

Note: You can also contact Global Customer Service to cancel your account.
