Cancel Your Account

You can easily cancel your subscription plan using the My Account page.

1. Select Configure in the top navigation and select My Account.

2. Click Turn Off Renewal.

3. On the Turn Off Renewal page, you will see the date your plan will expire in the top line. Click Turn Off Renewal to cancel your account.

Note: Because GoToAssist is a pre-paid service, your account will continue to be active until the end of your current billing period.
