The Drawing Tools can be useful during collaborations or demonstrations. They allow you to illustrate key points by putting pen, highlight or arrow marks on the shared screen.
Drawing Tools are currently unavailable for Mac users.
To use the Drawing Tools
1. Click Tools in the Viewer's menu and hover the pointer over Drawing Tools in the drop-down menu.
2. Select
Pen,
Highlighter or
Arrow from the Drawing Tools drop-down menu.
3. Click and drag the pointer on the shared desktop to draw with the Pen and Highlighter, or click once to create Arrow marks.
Tip: Press and hold the Shift button on your keyboard while drawing with the Pen or Highlighter tool to make a straight line.
4. Switch to a new Drawing Tool by selecting it from the Drawing Tools drop-down menu.
Tip: You can view a shortcut Drawing Tools menu by right-clicking the mouse on the Viewer.
5. To return to the regular mouse pointer, select
Normal non-drawing mode from the Drawing Tools drop-down menu.

To erase drawings made by the Drawing Tools
1. Click Tools in the Viewer's menu and hover the pointer over Drawing Tools in the drop-down menu.
2. Select Erase all drawings from the Drawing Tools drop-down menu.
Tip: You can view a shortcut Drawing Tools menu by right-clicking the mouse on the Viewer.
