Notes

The Notes feature allows you to capture thoughts regarding the session that you may want to reference later.

To write and save notes

1. Click Notes in the Viewer's menu and a separate Notes window will open.

2. Type your notes in the text field and click Save. Your notes will be automatically saved, and you can access them later by generating a Session Report.

Note: There is no way to delete a note once you click Save.

To see the notes that you saved during a support session, you must generate a Session Report. Your notes will be in the last column.
