Want to resolve network problems?
Track bandwidth usage trends over time?
Learn who's using P2P applications that suck up bandwidth?
These are the kinds of questions that GoToAssist can help you answer. Just click here to run the saved Track Traffic search right from the GoToAssist Query page.
You may need to provide IP addresses or other inputs unique to your network.
The Track Traffic search is an example of a GoToAssist template search because before it runs, it presents you with a pull-down list of IP addresses that your GoToAssist Crawler discovered on your network which have interface statistics. Select the IP address from the pull-down list, and run the search. GoToAssist charts the traffic on the selected IP address.
Try searching in plain English, too. In the following field, click Search to look for firewalls on your network. Or insert your own search terms:
One of the easiest is the click-to-keep search, where you refine a basic search so it returns precisely what you want. Do this by clicking the relevant items that you want to keep in the results.
GoToAssist recognizes wildcards and boolean operators too. And then there's the template search, which presents a list of variables such as IP addresses that you can choose from to focus the search.
You can create a dashboard to display top-priority information at a glance — a virtual Network Operation Center (NOC). And as your GoToAssist Crawler reports fresh data from periodic scans, your Dashboard self-updates.
It's simple: when you have a search that's a keeper, click the Search menu and pick Add to Dashboard to post the search to a dashboard for easy reference. Set up as many dashboards as you like.
