Send the Ctrl-Alt-Delete Command

The Send Ctrl-Alt Delete feature is useful if you need to perform such tasks as logging in with different Windows credentials, locking the customer's computer or accessing the Task Manager.

The Send Ctrl-Alt-Delete feature is currently unavailable for Mac users.

To send a Ctrl-Alt-Del to your customer's computer

1. Select the Tools menu from the Viewer.

2. Select the Send Ctrl-Alt-Delete command.
