Monitor Navigation Window

The Monitor Navigation window is a scaled down version of your customer's monitor(s) and is useful when you need to navigate quickly to a different area of your customer's desktop. For instance, if you have zoomed in on your customer's monitor so that you cannot view the entire desktop, use the Monitor Navigation window to navigate to a hidden part of the screen.

To navigate with the Monitor Navigation window

1. From the Viewer, press and hold down the Ctrl + Windows keys on your keyboard and click the left mouse button to display Monitor Navigation window. This window shows the entire desktop of the customer's computer, whereas the red box indicates only that part which is displaying on your monitor.

2. While holding down the mouse button, maneuver the red box around to display the desired desktop location.
