Install GoToAssist Express

To download and install GoToAssist Express

Note: The following instructions apply to GoToAssist Express support providers only. If you are receiving support, please see Join a Session.

  1. Go to www.gotoassistexpress.com.
  2. Log in with your account email and password.
  3. Click the Start GoToAssist Express button to download and launch the application.
  4. Click Yes, Always or Trust if prompted by your browser.
  5. The GoToAssist Express application is installed on your computer.

For PC users, the GoToAssist Express icon appears in your system tray and is ready for use.

For Mac users the GoToAssist Express icon appears in your dock.

 

 

 

Note: If Java is not installed on your Mac or PC, GoToAssist Express will not automatically start on your computer. If you wish to automate the download process, click the Manual Download link when prompted, then follow the on-screen instructions to install Java. For additional Mac help, see Troubleshooting Java on your Mac.

Note: You can download GoToAssist Express to as many of your computers as you like but you can only support from one PC or Mac at a time.
