Log In to the Management Center

To access the Management Center, you must first log in.

Note: To access the Management Center, you must have received a login and password from your Account Manager. Please contact your Account Manager with any questions you may have about your Management Center access.

  1. Open a web browser and go to www.gotoassist.com/manager.
  2. Enter the email address and password that you received from your Account Manager.
  3. Click Log In.

  • The Forgot your password? link on your GoToAssist Corporate Management Center login page will give you the following options, regardless of whether or not your email address has been validated:
    • Send the reset email to you <email address> – Select this option and click Send to have an email containing a password reset link sent to your email address.

  • Send a notification to your administrator to reset your password – Select this option and click Send to have an email notification sent to your account administrator, which will inform them that you are requesting a password reset so they can take action.

  1. You may be prompted to change your password once you log in for the first time.

    Note: GoToAssist employs strong passwords for maximum security. Passwords must be different from the login name and first/last name on the account, must be 8-32 characters in length and must contain at least 3 of the following: uppercase alphabet (A-Z), lowercase alphabet (a-z), numbers (0-9) or special symbols (~`!@#$%^andamp;*()_-+={}[]|\:;”’andlt;andgt;,.?/).
