Viewing Multiple Monitors

When you connect to a customer who has multiple monitors, the layout of the customer’s computer monitors will appear.The number of monitors and resolution of each monitor are displayed. You can view the layout of your customer’s monitors by selecting Position of Customer’s Monitors from the View menu.

Arrows appear on the viewer window when adjacent monitors are present. Click the arrow buttons to navigate to the other screen.

To display a minimap layout of the multiple monitors, press Ctrl + Windows Key and left-click.
