Details Section

The Details section gives a comprehensive view of the specifics of a selected session. A session is selected for display in the Details section by clicking the session line item in either the Incoming Queries or In Session section.

Field Definitions

Session ID

The unique session number for the session.

Start Time

The time the session began.

End Time

The time the session ended.

Resolution

The end status of the customer's issue.

Portal

The portal name from which the customer query was posted.

Name

The name of the customer, if available.

Language

The language setting for the portal from which the customer query was posted.

Question

The question text of the customer’s questions, only available with SmartBox portals.
