Web Page Push

The Push URL and Quick Phrases features allow you to quickly assist your customer during a support session.  Your manager has the ability to preset each of the URL and Quick Phrases that are listed in your Chat window. When Push URL is used, it opens a new browser on your customer’s computer and goes to that URL.

To push a web page

  1. Type the desired URL address in the Chat or select the URL from the drop down list.
  2. Click the Push URL button.

The web page opens automatically in a new browser on the customer’s desktop.
