Chat Preferences

Chat Settings: Determines when the Chat icons will change color (from green to yellow to red). Each color corresponds to a set amount of time that has passed since you last typed and submitted text to the customer in Chat.

Default font size: Enables you to control the size of the font used in Chat text.

Number of concurrent chats: Provides the maximum number of simultaneous sessions as defined in the GoToAssist Management Center.
