Log In to HelpAlert

HelpAlert is the component of GoToAssist that enables you to receive and reply to incoming customer queries.

To log in to HelpAlert

1. Double-click the HelpAlert icon.

2. Enter your login in the Login field (in the form of an email address).

3. Enter your password in the Password field.

4. Click Log In.

5. At first login, you must select the language for the portal and click OK.

 

To change the language selection

  1. In the HelpAlert List View, select the Options menu.
  2. Select Change Language.
  3. Select the language you want.
  4. Close and relaunch HelpAlert.
