How can I tell how many toll-free minutes I have used for my meeting?

The organizer will receive a post call report at the end of every conference that details the number of minutes used by call type (i.e. "US Toll Free") during the audio conference. This is sent to the organizer at the end of a conference or when all participants disconnect from the call. In addition, the organizer can find the same information online via the organizer web app by navigating to the Minute Usage - Usage History page.

If you have set your settings to subscribe to End of Conference system notification, you will receive a summary email following a conference call showing the date, Conference Room number and call details (calling party, called number, billing as, start time, and total minutes).

Note: You can sort all the column headers in the Usage Summary tab.

What type of usage data can the organizer see?

The organizer web app provides usage summary information for his or her conference room only.

By navigating to the Minute Usage - Usage History page, the organizer can see a breakdown of usage information per meeting for the past 1 month, 3 months or 6 months from the current date.

Please remember that our pricing plan is configured to round-up to the next greatest value in minutes. For example, if a call lasts 1 minute and 5 seconds, then it is billed for 2 minutes.

How often are usage reports made available online?

Usage reports are available 24/7 online. However, usage for a specific conference call that has just ended is reflected on the report within minutes. Additionally, usage reports are available for the past 1, 3 and 6 months past the current date.

How can I get help regarding a corporate account?
