There are two ways to use GoToMeeting with Microsoft Outlook. One is the Windows Desktop Add-In. This adds GoToMeeting to the Outlook Add-Ins menu and lets you jump out to GoToMeeting to host, join, and schedule meetings as well as access your scheduled meetings. The Add-In menu is limited to Windows Desktops. For more on the Outlook Add-In, see Manage your Windows preferences.
The GoToMeeting Outlook Calendar Plugin allows you to use schedule, manage and start your meetings directly from within your Microsoft Outlook calendar. An Add Meeting button is created on your main toolbar for easy access.
