Administrators can create groups to add together similar moderators. You can create groups either manually or in bulk if you'd like to add multiple users per group.
1. Log in to the Administration Center at www.hidefcorporate.com.
2. In the left navigation, click My Admin.
3. Enter the group name in the Group Name field and click Add.
Note: Group names cannot contain special characters.
Note: You may need to refresh the page (F5) for the new group to appear in your Groups list.
1. Log in to the Administration Center at www.hidefcorporate.com.
2. In the left navigation, click Create User.
3. Download the samplenewuser.csv file template.
4. Save the template file locally on your computer.
Note: Do not remove the first row of column headings, or the first moderator in the template will be missing.
5. In the Add to Group column, enter a existing group name or define a new group name. Upload the .csv file.
6. Upon uploading the .csv file, the new group name will be indicated with the * prefix and will be created after submitting a new moderator.
Log in as the administrator at www.hidefcorporate.com, and select My Admin from the left navigation to find the list of groups under a particular administrator.
