You can easily test your connection with GoToMeeting before your organizer begins the meeting to ensure that you can join successfully. This allows you to make sure your computer has everything required to join a session. Simply join a live session to get started.

Join a live session

  • If you're launched into session and the GoToMeeting Control Panel and Viewer appear on your desktop, you've successfully joined the meeting! A live support representative will also be available to answer your questions between 5:00 AM and 4:00 PM PST.

To test your GoToMeeting connection, click the link below to join a test session

Join a session!

  • If a session is initiated and you can view the Successfully Connected! message shown below then you have successfully joined the test session. You should be able to join any GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar or GoToTraining session from this computer. Simply close the Waiting for Organizer - GoToMeeting window to exit the test session.
