Create an Account

You can start using GoToAssist right away by signing up for a free trial or purchasing a plan. You can include both the Remote Support and Service Desk modules in your free trial, then later convert to a subscription plan for the module(s) that best suit your organization's needs.

Start a free trial

  1. Go to the Create Your Account page.
  2. Select the number of technicians that you would like to have on your account using the drop-down menu. Technicians are administrators and standard users who also occupy one of the designated technician seats included in the account. While you can add an unlimited number of users to an account, you can only grant an agent seat to as many users as your account level provides. Users with an agent seat have access to additional features and tools for their respective modules. Learn more about user roles.
  3. Fill in your First Name, Surname, Email Address, and Password fields, then click Start Your Trial to continue. You will receive a Welcome email containing your login details, the end date of your trial period, and a link to convert to a paid subscription plan.
  4. On the Confirmation page, you can use the following links to explore your account:
    • Click Launch GoToAssist to be logged in to the GoToAssist web app and explore the features of GoToAssist.
    • Click Watch Videos to view training videos about the modules that you included.
    • Click My Account to view and modify your account information.
    • Click 24/7 Support to be directed to this support site.

Purchase a plan

  1. Go to the Purchase GoToAssist page.
  2. In the "Customize My Plan" section, select the number of technicians that you would like to have on your account.
  3. Click to select Annual Plan or Monthly Plan.
  4. View your order summary in the right navigation.

  1. In the "My Account Setup" section, fill in the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Password fields.

  1. In the "Secure Credit Card Payment" section, fill in the following fields:
    • Account First Name
    • Account Last Name
    • Billing Address
    • City
    • Zip Code
    • Country
    • State
    • Phone
    • Credit Card Number
    • Security Code
    • Expiration Month
    • Expiration Year
  2. Click Buy to purchase your plan.
