GoToAssist has multiple options for both providing support from mobile devices and providing support to customers using mobile devices, as follows:
At this time, it is not possible to join a support session from an iOS device.
Agents can also use the GoToAssist (Remote Support) app or the GoToAssist Expert desktop application to host support sessions with Android customers who join using the GoToAssist (Customer) app for Android.
Note: For more information about supported device manufacturers, Android OS versions, and features, please see the System Requirements for Customers.
Note: In order to enable screen sharing, remote control, camera sharing and session recording, customers must join the support session from the GoToAssist (Customer) app (as opposed to joining from www.fastsupport.com using their mobile web browser).
