Start a New GoToAssist Seeit Session on Mobile

You can download the GoToAssist Seeit Agent App to create new sessions from your iOS device while you are on the go!

Note: At this time, the agent app is only supported on iOS devices. For more information about mobile device requirements for hosting sessions, please see the System Requirements for GoToAssist Seeit Agents.

GoToAssist Seeit Agent App for iOS

  1. Download the GoToAssist Seeit agent mobile app.
  2. Tap the GoToAssist Seeit Agent icon to launch the app on your iOS device.
  3. On the Home screen, enter your GoToAssist Seeit login credentials (i.e., email address and password), then tap Log In.

  1. Tap Start a session.

  1. Once the session is created, you can invite your customer to join the session.
