Update Your GoToAssist Seeit Mobile App Version

When you update the GoToAssist Seeit app on your mobile device, you can see new and exciting features that will help the agent give you the best possible support experience available. If your app version is no longer current or expired (i.e., no longer supported), an in-app notification will display to guide you through the update process.

Download the GoToAssist Seeit Agent App for iOS

(for devices running iOS 8.1 or later)

Note: For use by agents who host GoToAssist Seeit sessions from their iOS device.

Download the GoToAssist Seeit App for Android Customers

(for devices running Android OS 4.1.X (Jellybean) or later)

Note: For use by customers who join GoToAssist Seeit sessions from their Android device.

Your app version will expire soon

Your app version has expired

Your app version will expire soon

Note: This feature is currently only available for the customer apps.

If your app version is no longer up to date, a notification will display at the end of your session, "This app version will expire soon. Do you want to update?" You can choose from the following options:

  • Tap Update to be redirected to download the latest version of GoToAssist Seeit for iOS or Android.

  • Tap Not Now to if you do not want to update the GoToAssist Seeit app yet, and you will be able to continue joining sessions using your currently installed version. This will display the session end dialog.

  • Tap Don't remind me until next version if you do not want to update the GoToAssist Seeit app yet, and want to wait until the next version is released to be reminded to update. This will display the session end dialog.

Your app version has expired

Note: This feature is currently only available for the customer apps.

If your app version is no longer supported, a notification will display immediately when you launch the app to join a session. This requires you to update the app in order to join a GoToAssist Seeit session.

  • Tap Update to be redirected to download the latest version of GoToAssist Seeit for iOS or Android.

  • Tap Close to return to the app Home screen. You will be unable to join a GoToAssist Session until you have updated the app.
