Create a GoToAssist Seeit Account

You can start using GoToAssist Seeit right away by signing up for a free trial or purchasing a monthly subscription.

Start a free trial

  1. Go to the free trial page.
  2. Fill in your first name, last name, email address, and create a password for your new account.
  3. Click Start My Free 30-Day Trial to continue.

  1. On the Get Started page, click Launch GoToAssist Seeit to log in to the agent website.

  1. Once logged in, you can start a session.
  2. At the end date of your trial period, you will receive an email with a link to convert to a paid subscription plan if you wish to continue using GoToAssist Seeit.

Start a subscription plan

  1. Go to the purchase subscription page.

  1. Select the number of Technician seats that suit your needs using one of the following options:

    • For 39 or less Technician seats – Use the drop-down menu to select up to 39 Technician seats, then continue to Step #3.
    • For 40 or more Technician seats – Select the "I need 40+ Technician seats" checkbox, and you will be redirected to a web form to fill in your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, and department, then click Contact Us to send a message directly to our Sales team for further follow-up with you. To return to the previous plan selection page, click I changed my mind, take me to previous step.

  1. Select from a Monthly or Annual Plan, then click Choose Plan.

  1. Fill in your first name, last name, email address, and create a password for your new account. Click Continue.

  1. Fill in your billing information, including your name, billing address, and credit card information. Click Confirm.

  1. Review your subscription plan information, then click Purchase Now.
  2. On the Get Started page, click Launch GoToAssist Seeit to log in to the agent website.

  1. Once logged in, you can start a session from your desktop or mobile device.
  2. To ensure uninterrupted service, your billing information on file will be automatically charged on your renewal date. You can click Turn Off Renewal in My Account at any time.
